The waters of the Kenai Peninsula and Cook inlet produce some of the best sport fishing on the planet and we here at The Fishing Shack provide the best custom fish processing of your Alaskan catch on the Kenai Peninsula. No amount is too small or to large. We can fillet, cut, vac-pack, smoke, and freeze your catch in the proportions of your choosing. After words you can choose to pick-up your fish or we can ship your catch fresh or frozen anywhere in the US or Canada. The Fishing Shack uses only the highest quality commercial vacuum seal bags so you can rest-assure that the quality of your fish will be excellent for months to come, and unlike some of our competitors we will never trade your catch in for older fish. You will always get back the same fish you drop off.

Pricing: cut, vac-pack, and freeze $1.10 a pound, vac-pack only $.65 a pound, cut "filleting or steaking" $.65 a pound, freezing $.55 a pound. Razor Clam Cleaning $.50 each. Fish smoking "original smoke" $5.00 lb. lemon pepper or Cajun smoke $6.00 lb. Freezer storage $3.50 per box per day.
